End of Season Awards Dinner
As you will all know by now, the club is holding its Awards ceremony and dinner at Sixways on Friday 24th April. It promises to be a fantastic occasion with excellent food and drink, music, awards and after dinner speeches. Don't miss out on the opportunity to attend what promises to be a fantastic event. Tickets can be purchased here.
WWST has been given the opportunity to coordinate the Supporters' Player of the Season award, which is a great honour. We do not want to overly-restrict an individual's choice as we all have our favourite players for often diverse reasons. However, we felt it fair to limit the nominees to players who had started at least five games this season for Warriors. The "expandable" list, as below, is a measure of the depth of quality of the squad; 28 out of our 39 squad players have started five or more Champ Rugby fixtures. The figure in brackets represents the number of starts each player has had since the beginning of the season (as of 27th March).
It is possibly worth noting that two of these players have already left for pastures new: Khalik Kareem who is rehabbing from injury at Bristol Bears and Tom Hendrickson who will be hoping to come off the bench for new club Biarritz Olympique in their Pro-D2 match against Aurillac tonight.
You do not need to be a WWST member to vote but it is free to sign-up as a member of our website and annual subscriptions can be purchased here for as little as £10 per year. Just click the Log-in in the header at the top of each page as a first step. Votes other than your own will remain hidden so as not to spoil the "big reveal" on the night!

Away Trips
Our away trips have been exceptionally well attended thus far with Warriors fans consistently at least matching home support in both numbers and vocality. We have just four more away games in the regular season - the first up against Pirates tomorrow. With many hundreds making the long trip down to Penzance and a sunny day forecast it will hopefully be a weekend to remember. The added bonus of Matt Rogerson, Siva Naulago and Josh Bassett all in the starting line-up is the proverbial cake-topping.
Easter Saturday sees another trip to the capital to watch the match up with Richmond FC followed by games at Chinnor and then Coventry on the final day of the season. The latter will be looking for revenge after their narrow defeat at Sixways on the opening day. Coventry, one of the form teams in The Elior Champ, with four wins on the bounce, now look odds-on to make it into the play-offs. It could even be a decider for an automatic place in the Play-off semi-finals.
Coach tickets are still available for all remaining away games. We have already put on a second coach for the game at Butts Park Arena and match tickets are selling quickly. Make sure to reserve your coach seat here.
AGM
Full details of our AGM on Wednesday 8th April will be sent out to attendees shortly. Crips/nibbles and both alcoholic & soft drinks will be available to purchase at a "bottle-bar" on the night. We will be drawing our Raffle during the evening and will have an open Q&A session; we hope to be joined by one or more of the Warriors players.
Three fabulous prizes are up for grabs in the raffle: blocks of four Cecil Duckworth Stand tickets for each of the home games against Bedford & Ealing and a match shirt signed by all 2025/26 Warriors Squad members. Raffle tickets and tickets for the AGM are also available via our Events Page.
