There are a number of events happening over the summer and beyond, whether at Sixways Stadium or organised by WWST. We thought it might be helpful to have a run down of these in one place.
18th July: Rugby Quiz Night at The Alma on Lowesmoor
Jonny Arr is taking on the role of Quizmaster on what proves to be a fun night at The Alma (not to be confused with The Alma Tavern on the Droitwich Road). Tickets have sold well but, at the time of writing, there is still room for one more team. Click below to bagsy the last slot.
11th August: The Worcester Show 2024
The Show is held every year in mid-August, attracting in excess of 20,000 people. The Worcester Show encapsulates the feeling of a summer fete, county show, funfair, and music festival, with entertainment for a wide range of individuals, kids and groups, encouraging families to come and spend the day together. Following the success of the show last year, it will again be held on Pitchcroft and proves to be bigger and better than ever. WWST will have a marquee in the SportsZone alongside many of our local sports clubs; there will be games to play and prizes to be won. There is a nominal entry fee for adults but kids go free. 21st September: The 80s Bash Live at Sixways
Dust off your leg warmers, grab your best neon outfit and prepare to dance as we step back in time to the electrifying era of the 1980s. From the epic anthems of Bon Jovi and Queen, to the iconic sounds of Blondie, Abba, Duran Duran, Eurythmics and more, The 80s Bash is a sensational, hit-filled concert of classics celebrating the golden decade of music!
Led by an incredible West End band and singers, whether you're a child of the 80s or simply a lover of timeless tunes, this huge party of pop & rock will have you singing and dancing all night long!

October 2024 TBC: WWST 1st AGM
The present Board of WWST are currently working on a date for our first Annual General Meeting, at which members will be able to stand for a position on the Board of Directors. The format and venue are still to be confirmed but we are hoping that it will take place at Sixways. As soon as we have more concrete information we will let you know.
30th November - 21st December: Christmas Party Nights @ Sixways
