An appeal
With the Champ Rugby fixtures now confirmed for the first half of the season, WWST are looking for help to "host" our guests on the away travel coaches. With a few of our board members unable to travel by coach due to medical problems, we found last season that we were reliant on too few a number of volunteers to help on the day. We try to have at least one host per coach but some may prefer to work in pairs. For most fixtures a single coach is sufficient but occasionally more are required.
The responsibilities of the host on the day are:
Check in guests using a printed guest register (provided)
Act as a point of contact for the driver / guests
Ensure everyone is back on the bus after the match / prior to departure
Run a simple raffle on the return journey (although this is optional)
Arrange a collection from guests for driver tip
As a token of our gratitude each volunteer host would be eligible for free travel ticket(s) to and from the away match they choose to cover.
If you are able to volunteer to be a "coach-host" for any of the following fixtures please email us at trust@wwst.co.uk with details of which fixture(s) you are able to cover. We will reply to each email individually.

WWST Membership News
As previously mooted, we have taken the decision to restrict access to some areas of our website to subscribed members only. We are very grateful for the many hundreds of you who continue to subscribe and hope that you enjoy the benefits of being a member of the only official Worcester Warriors Supporters group. We hope you like the new look Warriors Squad page and enjoy the Warriors Gallery archive from last season. A new Gallery will be launched for 2026/27.
Our marketing director, Malcolm Mitchell, and a small dedicated team are currently working on an exciting project to try and further boost the benefits of being a subscriber. More news on this will be following shortly.
We are also in the process of making changes to the WWST matchday cabin, including an interior TV screen to share media and an external awning to protect against the weather. Hopefully these alterations will be ready for the pre-season friendly against Cardiff but have already been a little delayed while the club makes a decision on our positioning for the coming season. We understand that the presence of a new permanent bar may necessitate a move.
The Voice of Rugby Supporters
Many of you will be delighted to know that there has been significant progress in attempts to bring together rugby supporters across the national game. WWST have been involved in initial planning and discussions aimed at improving communication between Champ Rugby club supporter groups and also their Prem rugby counterparts. We hope to be able to share details of this progress as matters become more concrete. Undoubtedly if you are amongst the many rugby fans who wish to see their views taken more seriously at both club and higher levels it is important to be allied to an official supporter organisation. As members of WWST yourselves, please consider encouraging that friend or family member to join up. There aren't many things you can buy for a tenner these days - consider it money well-invested in the future of our club.
